Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1) Healthy adults aged 20 to 60 years 2) Able to maintain prone position on a Balance Pad and perform the modified Bird dog 3) Able to maintain a quadrupedal position and perform the conventional Bird dog 4) Written informed consent obtained for participation in this study Key exclusion criteria - 1) Participants who experienced low back pain within the past 4 weeks 2) Participants who underwent treatment such as surgery, medication, or rehabilitation for lumbar spine disorders within the past 4 weeks 3) Participants deemed ineligible by a physician's judgment Target Size - 40
