Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Staff members working in elderly care facilities who have experience in responding to cardiac arrest cases. Individuals who can describe their experiences related to emergency calls or initial responses. Individuals who provide informed consent to participate in the study. Key exclusion criteria - Individuals whose hierarchical or personal relationship with the researcher may influence their ability to speak freely during the interview. Individuals who may experience psychological burden or for whom participation is deemed inappropriate. Target Size - 5
