Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 40 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1. Men and women aged 40 to 55 years

2. Individuals who are able to participate in a three-month exercise program (three sessions per week) during the study period

3. Individuals with a BMI of 18.5-30.0 kg/m^2

4. Individuals who are able to attend the exercise program three times per week for three months during the study period

5. Individuals who provide written informed consent to participate in the study Key exclusion criteria - (1) Individuals who are unable to provide informed consent

(2) Individuals who are prohibited from engaging in exercise

(3) Individuals who are currently participating in another clinical study
