Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Participants Individuals diagnosed with depression who are currently receiving treatment at Fujita Health University Hospital, RIC Mental Clinic Sangenjaya, or RIC Mental Clinic Azamino, living alone, and aged between 20 and 60 years. At the time of consent, individuals who have been the registered electricity contract holders for at least the past two years. At the time of consent, individuals who have been living alone for at least the past two years. At the time of consent, individuals who have not changed residence for at least the past two years.

Inclusion Criteria Individuals who have received a full explanation of the study's purpose and methods, understood the content, and provided written informed consent to participate and to allow access to their electricity usage data. Individuals aged between 20 and 60 years at the time of consent. Individuals diagnosed with depression within the past three months. Individuals who, at the time of consent, have been living in a residence equipped with a smart meter for at least the past two years. Individuals without significant cognitive impairments that would interfere with participation in the study. Key exclusion criteria - Individuals unable to provide informed consent by themselves. Individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. Individuals living with others (e.g., family members), as unique electricity usage patterns cannot be ensured. Individuals who have moved residences or had their smart meter removed during the study period (past two years). Any other cases deemed inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator or co-investigators. Target Size - 100
