Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To statistically analyze the association between the daily number of emergency transports for vertigo/dizziness and meteorological factors (temperature, humidity, precipitation, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, and sunshine duration) in order to clarify the impact of weather conditions on the occurrence of vertigo/dizziness. Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 15 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Patients aged 15 years or older who were transported by ambulance to the Emergency and General Medicine Center of Nippon Medical School Hospital with vertigo/dizziness as the chief complaint between April 1, 2012, and March 31, 2020. Key exclusion criteria - Vertigo/dizziness accompanied by loss of consciousness, weakness, vagal reflexes, or other systemic symptoms that were judged by the attending physician to be unsuitable for inclusion Cases in which it was not possible to determine whether the patient had vertigo or dizziness Cases with insufficient medical records Target Size - 1400
