Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 45 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Female Key inclusion criteria - A middle-aged and elderly woman who visited a pelvic organ prolapse outpatient clinic and was diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse stages I to II and received permission from her doctor to participate in yoga Key exclusion criteria - Pelvic organs prolapse stage III or higher Target Size - 20
