Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The primary objective of this study is to investigate the cross-sectional association between disability acceptance and psychosocial factors within one week after admission among patients with stroke admitted to a convalescent rehabilitation ward. The secondary objective is to examine longitudinal changes in disability acceptance at 30 and 60 days after admission and to explore their associations with psychosocial factors, physical function, and activities of daily living (ADL). Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 65 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1.Patients aged 65 years or older. 2.Patients with ischemic stroke or intracerebral hemorrhage who are admitted to a convalescent rehabilitation ward. 3.Patients who are able to understand the questionnaire items and respond independently. 4.Patients who have provided written informed consent after receiving sufficient explanation of the study. Key exclusion criteria - 1.Patients with severe cognitive impairment that makes it difficult to understand the study or complete the questionnaires. 2.Patients with aphasia or higher brain dysfunction that interferes with completion of the questionnaires required for the study. 3.Patients with impaired consciousness. 4.Patients who are considered unable to participate in the study due to the influence of psychiatric disorders. 5.Patients who do not provide consent to participate in the study.
