Objective:
Narrative objectives1 - We will conduct a retrospective study of patients who underwent thoracic surgery at our institution between May 2023 and May 2026 to evaluate whether intraoperative blood pressure variability derived from invasive arterial pressure monitoring is associated with the occurrence of postoperative delirium.
