Objective: Narrative objectives1 - This study develops training methods to enhance the physical fitness of technical college students in a short time and over a short period, and verifies their effectiveness. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Comparison with Standardized Exercise Intensity Participants were divided into two groups: the CFT group and the circuit training group. The CFT group performed two sets of "Squats 10 reps, Burpee Jumps 10 reps, Sit-ups 10 reps, Push-ups 10 reps" with no rest between exercises. The CT group performed two sets of the same training with 15 seconds of rest between exercises. Interventions/Control_2 - Comparison with Standardized Exercise Duration Participants were divided into two groups: the CFT group and the circuit training (CT) group. The CFT group performed "Squats: 10 reps, Burpee jumps: 10 reps, Sit-ups: 10 reps, Push-ups: 10 reps" for 4 minutes without rest between exercises. The CT group performed the same training with 15 seconds of rest between exercises for 4 minutes.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 16 years-old = Gender - Male Key inclusion criteria - Participants must be students of a technical college who have provided informed consent, have normal blood pressure within the standard range as determined by a medical checkup, and show no physical abnormalities whatsoever. Key exclusion criteria - Individuals whose blood pressure falls outside the normal range during a medical checkup, or who have at least one physical abnormality Target Size - 10
