Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Perform a dual-task home program of singing and finger movements every day for about 15 minutes for 4 weeks.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 65 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - People aged 65 to 95 who have not been diagnosed with dementia. Key exclusion criteria - Exclude people with a score of 20 or less on the first cognitive function test (MoCA-J). Exclude people with an unstable mental state or people currently receiving treatment for a mental illness. Exclude people who have difficulty writing. Target Size - 40
