Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The aim of this study is to hold workshops, including group work, as mental health training for social welfare case workers and to examine whether they are effective in improving their job satisfaction (work-related quality of life). Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1) Those who work as welfare case workers. 2) Those aged 20 to 64. 3) Those who participate in this training workshop held by researchers and agree to participate in this study. Key exclusion criteria - 1) Those who have been diagnosed by a researcher (psychiatrist) as having a mental disorder that prevents them from participating in workshop training. 2) anyone deemed unsuitable by researchers for conducting this study. Target Size - 100
