Key inclusion criteria - 1.Age 30 to 64 at consent, including healthy men and women and those meeting criteria for metabolic syndrome or specified health guidance
2. Able to understand the study purpose and content, voluntarily agree, and provide written informed consent.
Key exclusion criteria - 1. Severe allergy risk to specified foods (almond, milk)
2. Pregnant, possibly pregnant, or breastfeeding
3. Implanted or life-support medical devices
4. Unable to attend workplace (serious illness, on leave, remote work only, or medically restricted)
5. Did not undergo 2025 health checkup
6. Not enrolled in Glico Health Insurance (applies only to Glico employees).
