Narrative objectives1 - The aim of this study is to investigate how anaerobic exercise affects inhibitory function in the frontal lobe of healthy adults using neuroimaging techniques.
Basic objectives2 - Efficacy
Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - Go/No-go tasks are performed before and after anaerobic exercise to observe changes in Nogo potentials using EEG and NIRS.
Interventions/Control_2 - Go/No-go tasks are performed before and after resting condition to observe changes in Nogo potentials using EEG and NIRS.
