Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To comprehensively identify and evaluate existing randomized controlled trials on the effects of oral intake of bilberry-derived anthocyanins on human accommodative function and ocular fatigue, and to summarize the scientific evidence from the perspective of the totality of evidence. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - P (Participant): Healthy adult men and women, or adults with subjective ocular fatigue. I (Intervention): Oral intake of food containing bilberry-derived anthocyanins. The dosage, duration of intake, dosage form, and follow-up period are not restricted. C (Comparison): Placebo foods. O (Outcome): Accommodative function and ocular fatigue. S (Study Design): Randomized parallel-group controlled trials and randomized crossover trials. Key exclusion criteria - Studies that do not meet the PICO criteria will be excluded. Conference abstracts, conference proceedings, reviews, commentaries, case reports, and other publication types with insufficient information for evaluation will be excluded.
