Narrative objectives1 - To investigate the effects of dual-task training combining face-to-face and online delivery in community-dwelling older adults
Basic objectives2 - Safety,Efficacy
Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - Participants will receive dual-task training combining face-to-face and online delivery for 1 hour per session, twice a week for 4 weeks.
Interventions/Control_2 - Participants continue their usual daily life for 4 weeks.

Key inclusion criteria - (1) individuals aged 65 years and over
(2) individuals who understand the study and are able to provide informed consent to participate voluntarily.
Key exclusion criteria - (1) individuals who have been advised by a physician to restrict exercise, including those with conditions such as severe hypertension, cardiac diseases, or undergoing treatment for fractures that require exercise limitation
(2) individuals with cognitive impairment that the principal investigator considers would make participation in the study difficult.
