Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old = Gender - Male Key inclusion criteria - Male soccer player or male futsal player Key exclusion criteria - 1. Individuals who are unable or unwilling to provide informed consent to participate in this study. 2. Individuals with skin disorders or known adhesive allergies at the intended tape application site. 3. Individuals who experience lower-extremity pain during exercise. 4. Individuals with a history of trauma, surgery, or severe calf pain within the past month. Target Size - 38
