Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of timing of green tea intake on metabolic parameters and body mass index in older adults. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Intake green tea in the morning for 8 weeks. Interventions/Control_2 - Intake green tea in the afternoon for 8 weeks.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 65 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 65 yeras-old Obtained written informed consent from the participant before participation. Key exclusion criteria - 1) Individuals with diabetes, renal disorder, dyslipidemia, etc. that require dietary restrictions, and those treated for these conditions. 2) Individuals taking antipsychotic or hormonal agents that may affect appetite. 3) Individuals who have experienced physical problems in the past due to a blood test.4)Individuals who have food allergies.5)Individuals who are set pacemaker and metal in body (excluding dental filling).6)Individuals who are engaged shift work and travel with jetlag within 2 weeks. Target Size - 45
