Narrative objectives1 - To elucidate the relationship between taste characteristics and various indicators of sarcopenia in older adults with sarcopenia.
To clarify whether improvement in taste function influences sarcopenia-related indicators in older adults with sarcopenia.
Basic objectives2 - Efficacy
Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - Sarcopenia with taste recall traning
Interventions/Control_2 - Sarcopenia with no taste recall training

Age-lower limit - 65
years-old

Key inclusion criteria - Adults aged 65 years and older with no history of taste disorder
Key exclusion criteria - 1.Patients with cognitive impairment, defined as an MMSE score of 23 or below (in the case of implementing taste training)
2.Individuals who declined to participate in this study
3.Individuals with allergies to sucrose, sodium chloride, tartaric acid, quinine hydrochloride, hydrochloric acid, or monosodium glutamate
4.Smokers
