1. Neighbor living next to the child
2. Aged 18 years old or older
3. Neighbor who is at home on the day of survey
Key exclusion criteria - Child participants
1. Student whom schoolteachers consider inappropriate for participating in the study
Guardian participants and neighbor participants
1. Village resident whom village heads, deputy village heads or other village excecutives consider inappropriate for participating in the study
