Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to implement the seminar on "Building Caring Communities with Diverse Stakeholders Aimed at Coexistence with Dementia" through participatory research with diverse entities at the local community level, and to verify its efficiency and practicality. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - A three-session set (90 minutes each), designed to help participants get to know each other, learn to how to respond to people with mild cognitive impairment, and discuss community engagement leveraging local strengths. The sessions utilize Manga created in prior research.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1)People who are interested and wish to take some kind of action. 2)A person who can be expected to serve as a key figure in community activities. Key exclusion criteria - We do not set any exclusion standard. Target Size - 30
