Narrative objectives1 - This study aims to examine the effectiveness of an e-learning educational program designed to enhance citizens' "care competency" in a symbiotic society.
Basic objectives2 - Efficacy
Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - An online e-learning educational program for citizens consisting of 12 modules (approximately 240 minutes in total).
The program covers the following topics: health, care, medical safety, community-based integrated care, stages of illness, sexuality and life, family and child care, elderly care, mental health, advance care planning (ACP), disaster preparedness, and research.
A comprehension test is administered after completing the program.
