Narrative objectives1 - The aim of this study is to clarify the impact of preoperative peroral pancreatoscopy (POPS) and POPS-guided biopsy on surgical decision-making in patients with intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms.

Key inclusion criteria - Patients with intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms who underwent peroral pancreatoscopy followed by surgical treatment.
Key exclusion criteria - 1.Minors
2.Cases in which peroral pancreatoscopy could not reach the lesion due to technical reasons
3.Cases that included peroral pancreatoscopy data obtained at other institutions
4.Cases deemed inappropriate for analysis by the principal investigator or co-investigators because of missing clinical data or inadequate imaging
5.Cases in which the patient expressed refusal to participate in the study
