Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Adults aged 20 or older Provided informed consent Able to understand Japanese Engaged in gambling at least once in the past month (e.g., horse racing, pachinko, lottery, sports betting) Key exclusion criteria - Self-reported severe psychological distress during the past week, current medical advice against participation, or engagement in treatment or structured psychotherapy for gambling disorder within the past 4 weeks Target Size - 2000
