Narrative objectives1 - This study aims to quantify the impact of Japnese cedar pollinosis (JCP) on work productivity among corporate workers with JCP through a questionnaire survey and convert it into economic loss.

Key inclusion criteria - 1) Individuals aged 18 to 80 at the time of obtaining consent
2) Workers in Japan
3) Individuals with Japanese cedar pollinosis
4) Individuals who have read and fully understood the explanation of this study and have given their own voluntary and appropriate consent to participate in the study
Key exclusion criteria - 1) Those for whom appropriate consent cannot be obtained
2) Those who the principal investigator deems inappropriate
