Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To investigate the immediate effects of a 10-minute balance training on dynamic postural control during single-leg vertical jump landing using stabilogram diffusion analysis (SDA) and the modified Star Excursion Balance Test (mSEBT). Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Single 10-minute balance training session Interventions/Control_2 - The control group rested for 10 minutes without any intervention.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 13 years-old = Gender - Female Key inclusion criteria - Included 32 female volleyball players from junior high and high school teams. The inclusion criteria were (1) participation in club activities without any restrictions, (2) no history of psychiatric disorders, (3) no history of neurological disorders, (4) no history of lower limb orthopedic surgery within 1 year before the assessment, and (5) no history of lower limb injury requiring absence from sports participation for >2 weeks within the last 6 months. Key exclusion criteria - Individuals with lower limb pain during participation in sports were excluded from this study. Target Size - 32
