Objective:
Narrative objectives1 - Students at technical colleges (Kosen students) lag behind typical high school students in all physical fitness components and lack established exercise habits. While physical education classes represent one opportunity for Kosen students to engage in exercise, these classes focus on cultivating diverse abilities such as motor skills and communication skills. Consequently, the time and duration available for improving physical fitness is extremely limited. Therefore, this study introduces CrossFit training into physical education classes as a supplementary exercise to improve various physical fitness components in a short time and over a short period, and verifies its effectiveness.
