Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Patients with a first stroke, defined as having mild to moderate symptoms (Japanese modified Rankin Scale [mRS] scores of 1, 2, or 3) or severe symptoms (Japanese mRS scores of 4 or 5), who are able to remain seated for at least 15 minutes Key exclusion criteria - Participants who did not provide consent for the study, those who had received pharmacological sedation within the past 24 hours, those with psychiatric disorders, or those with cerebellar lesions Target Size - 100
