Studies were included if they met all of the following conditions: (1) patients with colon cancer who underwent curative-intent surgery; (2) postoperative ctDNA testing performed using plasma samples only; and (3) an observational (prospective or retrospective cohort) or randomized controlled trial design. Key exclusion criteria - Studies were excluded if: (1) they reported updated results from previously published cohorts without providing independent data; (2) outcome data were not extractable or were insufficient to estimate effect sizes; or (3) the primary focus was cost-effectiveness analysis rather than prognostic outcomes.
