Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 25 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Identifying high levels of stress and meeting the cut-off scores of the measures. Having illogical beliefs related to teaching. Being employed as a lecturer in the department of Agricultural Education in southeast Nigeria. Holding a minimum qualification of a bachelor degree in an educational course. Signing a consent letter. Key exclusion criteria - Receiving psychological or counseling orientations within the past seven months. Being a contract or ad hoc staff. Being on suspension. Having a severe illness. Target Size - 57
