Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 45 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1- A score of at least 39 on the WOMAC questionnaire (Bellamy, 2008), 2- Age between 45 and 60 years, 3- Ability to perform exercises in water, 4- No joint injection or surgery in the past 6 months, 5- No use of oral anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 1 week (before starting the exercise protocol) Key exclusion criteria - The exclusion criteria were: 1- fear of water, 2- excessive absence (absence of 2 consecutive sessions and 3 non-consecutive sessions), and 3- unwillingness to continue participating in the study. Target Size - 45
