Age-lower limit - 18
years-old
Gender - Female
Key inclusion criteria - University female students who belong to a basketball club and have given written informed consent
Key exclusion criteria - 1. persons with a history of severe lower limb injury requiring knee or ankle surgery
2. persons with disability, pain, or discomfort in the lower limbs during the study period
3. persons with cardiovascular disorders
