Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Patients scheduled to undergo total knee replacement surgery at the Department of Orthopedics, Institute of Science Tokyo Hospital due to osteoarthritis of the knee, starting from the date the research was approved Key exclusion criteria - Individuals suspected of having an infection. Individuals deemed medically unsuitable for other reasons. Target Size - 50
