Narrative objectives1 - This study aims to examine how avoidance behavior generalizes in daily life and how emotional factors are related to this generalization through a questionnaire survey.

Gender - Male and Female
Key inclusion criteria - Adults aged 18 years or older
Participants who understood the study content and provided consent
Participants who are able to understand Japanese
Participants who have previous experience engaging in avoidance behavior
Key exclusion criteria - Participants who withdrew their consent to the purpose of the study
Individuals who self-report having ever been diagnosed by a physician or other professional with any of the following: social anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, panic disorder, specific phobia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), separation anxiety disorder, or acute stress disorder
Participants with a GAD-7 score of 15 or higher, indicating severe anxiety symptoms
