Objective:
Narrative objectives1 - To verify that dynamic SPECT imaging with the StarGuide dedicated SPECT system can reproduce the examinations conventionally performed with renal scintigraphy.

Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - Patients who have undergone conventional renal scintigraphy will additionally undergo dynamic imaging using the dedicated SPECT system StarGuide with 99mTc-DTPA or 99mTc-MAG3, in order to confirm the feasibility of acquiring dynamic renal SPECT images. The radiopharmaceutical and imaging protocol for renal scintigraphy will be the same as those conventionally used. Clinical examinations of the patient will be conducted both before and after administration.

Key inclusion criteria - Patients who have provided written informed consent to participate in this study
Patients scheduled to undergo, or who have undergone, renal scintigraphy with 99mTc-DTPA or 99mTc-MAG3 for clinical renal function assessment
Adults aged 20 years or older
Individuals judged eligible for participation by the principal investigator or sub-investigator
Key exclusion criteria - Patients who are pregnant or potentially pregnant
Patients who are expected to have difficulty remaining still during imaging
Patients whom the principal investigator judges to be inappropriate for participation in this study (e.g., when any therapeutic intervention for the kidneys has been performed between the initial renal scintigraphy and the imaging in this study)
