Objective: Narrative objectives1 - This study evaluates whether bathing in mugwort water has a relaxing effect. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Intervention group: Participants will be instructed to take a bath in bathwater containing a mugwort bath additive for at least 5 minutes and no more than 10 minutes per session, three times per week. Interventions/Control_2 - Control group: Participants will be instructed to take a bath in bathwater containing a placebo bath additive for at least 5 minutes and no more than 10 minutes per session, three times per week.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Those who have received sufficient explanation about the purpose and contents of this research, have the ability to consent, volunteered voluntarily after fully understanding, and agreed to participate in writing. Key exclusion criteria - Exclusion criteria for participation in the study are as follows: 1. Individuals who refuse to participate in the study by their own will 2. People who are allergic to mugwort 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals 4. Individuals with chronic diseases (such as hypertension, epilepsy) 5.
