Objective: Narrative objectives1 - Targeting untreated hypertensive people in the prime of their working lives, for whom the onset and aggravation of lifestyle-related diseases is thought to cause great social and family losses and impacts, we will implement a health communication intervention that emphasizes emotional factors in encouraging them to seek medical help, and verify the effect on their actual behavior in seeking medical help. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - In addition to the usual recommendation to see a doctor for those who are found to have high blood pressure during a health check, a message is also included to anticipate regret. Interventions/Control_2 - In addition to the usual recommendation to see a doctor for subjects who are found to have high blood pressure during a health check, a message that anticipates positive feelings is also included.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 40 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Men and women aged 40-64 who are considered to be at low to high risk for cerebrovascular disease based on office blood pressure according to the Japan Guidelines for Hypertension 2019. In other words, men and women with blood pressure of 130/80mmHg or higher. Key exclusion criteria - Those who regularly visit a doctor for high blood pressure, regardless of whether they are taking oral medication or not Target Size - 183
