The outer peripheral surface of the one end part 8 presses the seal material 9 to restrict the seal material 9 from moving to the inner side in a radial direction and moving to the rear end side in a one end part insertion direction. The inner peripheral surface of the pedestal 4 presses the seal material 9 to restrict the seal material 9 from moving to the outer side in the radial direction and moving to the tip side in the one end part insertion direction.
