The battery module further includes a fastening frame. The fastening frame is provided with an accommodating chamber. The fastening frame includes a top wall, and the relay plate and the cell assembly are provided on the same side of the top wall. The fastening frame includes an exit line hole penetrating through the top wall. The relay plate and at least part of the cell assembly are accommodated in the accommodation chamber. The relay plate is provided with a support piece. The fastening frame further includes an escape groove, and a fastening hole communicating with the exit line hole is provided on a side wall of the escape groove facing the exit hole. One end of the power harness is connected to the cell assembly via the support piece, and the other end passes through the exit line hole and the fastening hole and is provided on a side of the top wall away from the cell assembly.
