Stage: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower of a battery having a good operability with a simple structure and an excellent cooling performance.SOLUTION: A blower of a battery includes: a blowing duct 4 to the battery; and a blowing fan that has a motor as a noise source attached to the blowing duct 4 built therein. At a position on a straight line from the noise source in the blowing duct 4, there is a bending place, and an open window 9 is formed at a position where a direct irradiation of a noise from the noise source at the bending place is received. At a position on an outside of the open window 9 in view of the noise source, a sound absorption material 13 having a size for blocking a whole surface of the open window 9 is arranged, and a sound absorption holding part 11 having a non-conduction property and holding the sound absorption material 13 is provided at the blowing duct 4 of the open window 9 so as to be fixed thereto. The sound absorption holding part 11 is bonded to the outside surface of the blowing duct 4 excluding the open part in a direction other than an extention direction of a segment of a tip from the bending place in view from the noise source in the blowing duct 4.
