Stage: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container capable of improving workability when changing a state between an assembly state and a folding state.SOLUTION: A container 1 comprises side wall parts 5, 6 extending upward from each side part of a bottom wall constitution part 4 in substantially rectangular shape in a plan view; and a square frame-like upper frame 7 provided along an upper side part of the side wall parts 5, 6. The side wall part 6 whose upper side part is rotatably connected to the upper frame 7 is rotatably displaceable between a standing posture extending in an upward-downward direction and a folding posture folded above the bottom wall constitution part 4. The container 1 comprises a lock member 21 state-changeable between a lock state of limiting displacement of the side wall part 6 made to be in the standing posture, and an unlock state of allowing displacing onto a side of being made to be in the folding posture. The lock member 21 comprises a plate spring part 23 of energizing the lock member 21 on a side of being made to be the lock state.
