The length of the braided wire 1 is longer than the length of the rigid tube 3. Therefore, end portions of the braided wire 1 protrude a predetermined length from both ends of the rigid tube 3. Wires 7 are arranged in the inside of the rigid tube 3 and the braided wire 1. An impregnant is coated to the braided wire 1 in a predetermined range from the end portions of the rigid tube and the impregnant is impregnated into a gap between the braided wire 1 and wires 7 to cure the impregnant.
