A housing cavity for housing the battery cell is formed inside the housing, the housing has an attachment wall, a fixing structure for fixing the battery cell is formed on one side of the attachment wall located in the housing cavity, a penetration hole is formed at a position corresponding to the fixing structure, and the electrode of the battery cell and/or the explosion-proof valve communicate with the outside of the housing cavity through the penetration hole.
