A gripper 12 supplies a film cut piece P to a film supply position close to one opening part 31 of the cylindrical holder 30. A first pusher 26 is inserted from the one opening part 31, and inserts the film cut piece P into the storage space 33. A second pusher 27 is inserted from the other opening part 32 of the cylindrical holder 30, pushes out the film cut piece P from the storage space 33, and supplies it to a container C arranged opposing to the one opening part 31.
