The foreign substance removal device comprises a conveyance section 10, a first injection section 20, a second injection section 30, and a suction section including a suction tube 42. The conveyance section 10 conveys the conveyed objects 100 along a predetermined conveyance path 10a. The first injection section 20 injects a fluid to the conveyed objects 100, which are conveyed by the conveyance section 10, and blows up the foreign substances. The second injection section 30 injects a fluid from a downstream side of the first injection section 20 in the conveyance path 10a toward the conveyed object 100 so as to prevent the blown-up foreign substance from being scattered toward the downstream side.
