The control part calculates a module power setting value expressing a setting value of the power supplied to the external load from the fuel battery module on the basis of a first power value expressing a measurement value of the power generated by the fuel battery, a second power value expressing the measurement value of the power supplied to the external load from the fuel battery module, and a power generation amount limit value determined in accordance with the state of the fuel battery module.
