Stage: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furnace facility capable of adjusting a flow rate of combustion air to be taken in.SOLUTION: A furnace body 110 forms a furnace space S0 therein. A floor 140 partitions the furnace space S0 in a vertical direction into an upper space S1 and a lower space S2 and includes a communication part 141 that allows the upper space S1 and the lower space S2 to communicate with each other. The upper space S1 is a space where a to-be-carbonized matter W is retained and carbonized. The lower space S2 is a space where flue gas produced by carbonization of the to-be-carbonized matter W is guided from the upper space S1 via the communication part 141. The furnace body 110 includes an intake opening 122a that allows the upper space S1 and an outside of the furnace body 110 to communicate with each other. A chimney 150 forms an exhaust passage P1 that allows the lower space S2 and the furnace body 110 to communicate with each other.
