In a second direction crossing the first direction, the first probe pin and the second probe pin face each other, and the third probe pin and the fourth probe pin face each other. In a third direction crossing the first direction and the second direction, the first probe pin and the third probe pin are arranged side by side, and the second probe pin and the fourth probe pin are arranged side by side. The second contact of the third probe pin is positioned between the second contact of the first probe pin and the second contact of the second probe pin in the second direction. The second contact of the second probe pin is positioned between the second contact of the third probe pin and the second contact of fourth probe pin in the second direction.
