A stage unit 15 has a suction stage 18 and a suction stage moving mechanism 19 at 180deg positions of rotational symmetry about an axis L0 of rotation. When the display panel 2 is supplied to the suction stage 18 at a supply position A, a control part 8 moves the suction stage 18 in a first direction D1 and arranges it at a photography position C to photograph the alignment mark 2b with a camera 35.
