Stage: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a highly elastic nonwoven fabric.SOLUTION: The high-elasticity non-woven fabric comprises a high-elasticity fiber blend and a side-by-side bicomponent fiber blend, wherein the side-by-side bicomponent fiber blend is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: polypropylene of 90-99 parts, white masterbatch of 0.5-1.5 parts, slip agent of 1-3 parts, and polybutylene succinate of 3-5 parts; and the high-elasticity fiber blend is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer of 66-72 parts, thermoplastic polyester elastomer TPEE of 27-33 parts, slip agent of 1-3 parts, and polypropylene of 3-5 parts, wherein the polypropylene is homopolypropylene or copolypropylene. In the present invention, the addition of the thermoplastic polyester elastomer TPEE not only enhances the elasticity of the nonwoven fabric, but also improves the flexibility and air permeability of the nonwoven fabric.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 (Grant)
