With a furnace diameter position included in the range of 0.1 or more and 0.3 or less in the blast furnace dimensionless radius as a boundary, the area on the furnace center side of this boundary is defined as the furnace center part and the area on the furnace wall side of this boundary is defined as the non-furnace center part. The coke layer in the non-furnace center part is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, respectively, and the upper layer and the lower layer are defined as a coke upper layer and a coke lower layer, respectively.
